Open Fibre vendor has confirmed that the manhole was vandalised resulting in the fibre cable being cut and the joint being stolen.
The area has been identified as extremely dangerous and security arrangements are currently being made to ensure the safety of the teams attending to the fault.

Teams have identified a disconnect at 39.349 km and are currently localising the exact point of the break. Further updates will follow.
