Impact: Customers may experience increased latency when connecting to Internet Solutions
Additional information:
* Cape Town clients may notice higher than usual latency to IS services hosted in Cape Town. We are working to resolve this and will provide updates accordingly.
* Clients will experience lower latency to Seacom (AS37100) and SAIX (AS5713).

We are observing some capacity limitations, resulting in minor latency increase and Packet loss. Mitigation planning in progress.
