Billing Update - Debit Orders
Debit orders have been processed by Cool Ideas. Please note that it may take 4–5 business days for these payments to reflect and clear through the banking system.
To allow sufficient time for all debit order payments to clear, former Clear Access customers who pay via debit order will be excluded from non-payment suspensions between 08 and 12 June 2026.
