Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:  

 

Start Date & Time: 30/05/2026 @ 15:30 

Affected Area:  Clayville

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Areas affected:

  • Erf 10493 - Clayville Ext 76, Koussi Crescent
  • Erf 9119 - Clayville Ext 77, Erf 9119, Clayville Ext 77

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Metrofibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 30/05/2026 @ 17:36. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.
