Octotel are currently aware of certain customers that are down in the Claremont and Rondebosch area . This is due to an independent contractor who has
trenched alongside our cable and damaged our fibre infrastructure.

Octotel engineers have been to site to asses the damaged cable and confirmed the cable and conduit will have to be replaced.

Octotel are working on getting all links restored as a matter of urgency and will provide further feedback once the links has been restored.
