Frogfoot technicians: The current joint is very congested, and any work inside the hand hole may affect the circuits mentioned negatively. Due to the condition of the joint and the amount of fibres affected, with the scope of work that needs to be implemented, the team requires an extended time to complete the change.
Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity at some point during maintenance.
