Site manager informs that they have resources line up to do the work tomorrow, expecting water level to have sufficiently subsided for poles to be planted and splicing to be done. It was found that alternate route via Worcester did not have sufficient bandwidth to take up traffic, planning team will remediate this for future incidents. Weather forecast for Sunday apparently not looking good, all depending on tomorrows window
