Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Open Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 02/04/2026 @14:57. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Kindly note the Open Fibre teams have tested from the node and are testing full distance. Upstream teams are now enroute back to the client side and test again.

Please be informed that the Open Fibre maintenance team has discovered a disconnection of 0.335 km along the link. Their team is currently localizing.

Openfibre technicians discovered a fibre break and are attempting to localise. They will provide further updates on this once the break has been located
