Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

 Metrofibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 26/12/2025 @ 06:13. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.
