Impact: Customers will experience no connectivity.
Open Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (24/01/2024 15:21): Openfibre technicians are currently on-site assessing the damage, and the initial reports indicate that 35 cables alongside these routes have been affected. This is an extended outage and we do not have any estimated time of repair as yet.
Update: OpenFibre technicians are working diligently to get these breaks repaired and services restored as soon as possible. Due to the extent of the damage Overall estimated ETR is 26/01/2024.
