Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area: Carlswald AH, Lyncon Road, Carlswald 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 Metrofibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 21/05/2026 10:57. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues

 

Update (20/05/2026 @ 16:12):

Metrofibre  want to assure you that we are continuously working hard to restore services, and we will keep you updated on our progress.

Metrofibre estimate that it will take approximately 6 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused.
