We have implemented a fix; customers are asked to reboot both their router and their Vumatel box by unplugging the power for 10 seconds and plugging it back in again.

Impact: Customers in the area will experience no connectivity.
Both Vumatel and Cool Idesa techs are currently investigating. There is currently no ETR.
