Update: 18/03/2024 @ 20:02pm :We are observing latency increases again, issue has been reported to the Frogfoot Team.
Update: 18/03/2024 @ 15:17pm:The backhaul has been restored, Frogfoot is monitoring for stability.
Update:  18/03/2024 @ 07:30am: "Please note that our vendor team has advised that due to some access constrains last night they could to attend to the fault logged. We have requested that they attend to this urgently this morning."
Update: 17/03/2024 @ 18:00pm: Frogfoot identified a backhaul that is down which caused the increase in latency. They have dispatched techs to restore the backhaul.
Update : 17/03/2024 @ 13:45pm :  Latency has started increasing again, Frogfoot has escalated to their Tier 3 team
Update 17/03/2024 @ 09:00am Latency has returned to normal, Frogfoot will be monitoring during peak time to confirm stability
