Update 31/03/2020 at 16:00: Octotel regret to inform customers that the Cape Gate upgrade project due for completion today (31/3/2020) has been delayed by further complications.
Octotel has communicated a new delivery date for Friday 3 April.
Octotel apologise for the inconvenience and would like to assure all customer affected by this that this is being treated with the utmost priority.

Update 27/03/2020 at 16:00: Octotel has confirmed that they have unfortunately been notified by our Octotel's provider that due to unforeseen complications, the Cape Gate link upgrade has been delayed.
Further work will be required to take place this weekend. Once these works are completed, Octotel will carry out the necessary configuration changes resulting in the alleviation of the capacity constraints being experienced by certain customers.

Please note that completion date for the upgrade is now expected to be on Monday or Tuesday. Octotel will provide an update once confirmed.
