Update Monday, 17 September 2018 at 04:40: Vumatel has now confirmed that the root issue is a fibre break and technicians are currently localising the break.
Vumatel have confirmed a hardware failure in Bryanston-west affection connectivity for all customers in the area.
Vumatel are currently investigating.
