are on the ground fixing all affected fibre lines.
We
anticipate that your service will be up and running within 48 hours.
Once your
fibre line is functioning optimally, we may need to reconfigure your device or
request that you perform a reboot.

Due to
recent events that occurred in your area (damaged main line and major
vandalism), our contractors have been out on site busy compiling a report on
the scope of work.
Once we
have the scope of work, we will be able to give a timeline on the repairs that
needs to be done in your area.

will be working continuously in getting this issue resolved as quick and
efficient as possible.

Fibre contractors are onsite evaluating the damages on the main feed caused by the council, as well as those that were caused by vandalism
