Please be advised that the technicians have found a major fibre break to the main exchanges in following areas. The repair time is not known yet.
We are in the process of restoring the backup links. These backup links are not able to handle the usual capacity of these exchanges, as a result could possibly cause high latency and slow speeds.
We will update when the main link have been restored and all connections are back to normal
TT Connect suspect a fibre break, affecting the connectivity of residents
TT Connect have technicians en-route to investigate
