There are delays with attendance.

05:27: Techs have been notified and dispatched.
Awaiting ETA.
07:21: Technicians are onsite.
08:55: We are awaiting further communication from the Layer1 vendor.
09:33: Vendor technicians are localizing.
10:44: Vendor confirm that the primary break has been repaired.
Technicians are re-testing to locate additional breaks along the length of the cable.
