Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Technicians are tirelessly working at restoring service to the remaining affected clients. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

Our technicians are moving forward efficiently, and the majority of users are now reconnected. Efforts are ongoing to reconnect the final 29 users still affected. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fully resolve the situation.

The team is making steady progress and most clients have been successfully restored. However, they are also working tirelessly to bring the remaining 29 back online

A network disruption is still ongoing in the Bergsig area. Clients are to still face downtime as our team continues efforts to fix the problem.
