Municipality supervisor has stopped their teams to allow the civil team to work. Floating in progress

 Civil team onsite, municipality is still digging team can not work on the ground, they are planning a way around looking at using poles as it does not look like they will finish anytime soon.

 The Civil team are en-route to collect stock from the office.

 The municipality is still working in the area. The team was only able to audit and pull some slack and will resume work in the morning.
