Vumatel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Vumatel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Feedback from Reflex: Kindly note the SNR Engineer advised there is troubleshooting call setup for 9:30 am with the Calix team . The ticket will be updated with the outcome of the investigation.
