We strive to deliver exceptional service to all our customers, and this is no exception. Our upstream provider is experiencing a major cable break on their core network, resulting in our links going to Bedford to remain down. We have arranged for a joint
troubleshooting session between our engineering team and the upstream provider to ensure that the link gets restored and an ETA of 9 a.m. has been provided

Our maintenance teams have been dispatched to localise the fault that is currently affecting our services on site. The team
is currently on site and tests are being conducted.
