PoP cleanup project
The cleanup will be done in 2 phases to reduce service disruptions for the clients affected as per schedule below:
Phase 1 | 02 November 2020 to 06 November 2020. Technicians will audit all connections at the PoP. Services will be disrupted intermittently and for very short durations but only once over the 4 working days
Phase 2 | 09 November 2020 to 13 November 2020. Technicians will be moving services in batches to their new switch/port locations. Services will be disrupted in batches but only once throughout the change window
Change Impact : Clients will have no connectivity during this time.
