Metrofibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Metrofibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Openfibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on the 22-02-2026 at 06:09. Please restart your devices and contact our support team should you still experience connection issues.

Metrofibre technicians estimate that it will take approximately 12 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused.

Metrofibre technicians are working diligently to restore the fibre services, and we will keep you updated on our progress.
