Metro Fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Aero City, Rhodesfield. Kempton Park

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Metro Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Metro Fibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 11/04/2026 @ 10:23. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Metro Fibre wants to assure you that they are continuously working hard to restore services, and they will keep you updated on their progress.

Metro Fibre estimates that it will take approximately 12 hours to repair the services due to the extent of damage caused.
