Please be advised that there is currently no service the following area: Acacia Estate Greenstone.
The grid supply cable from the Estate that powers the TTC POP’s has been damaged and as a result has damaged the UPS device. The TTC technicians have been unable to identify the location of the damaged cable. The Acacia estate manager has been informed of the issue and will deal with it accordingly. Until such time that the grid supply cable is repaired the TTC POP’s will be down. Due to the location of the TTC POP’s within the estate and the expected time it is going to take to repair the cable, no backup generator can be deployed.
Update: The ups had failed at the Acacia estate and clients will be off line till the ups is replaced in the morning. Service should be restored by
12pm Sunday.
Please be advised that there is currently no service in the following area: Acacia Complex, Greenstone
Issue: Power Failure updates will follow, technicians have been dispatched to resolve the matter.
