Cool Ideas / Vumatel Aerial / Evotel are currently experiencing the following issue of degraded service:
Date: 15/3/2020
Area/s: Johannesburg
Impact: Vumatel Aerial (customers with a Huawei/Zhone fibre box) and Evotel customers in the Johannesburg area will experience degraded connectivity during peak times.
Our Cool techs and Vumatel engineers are currently investigating.
There currently no ETR.
