ETR from Jhb Water is 1pm thereafter fibre repairs can begin

Kindly be advised that the fibre team is currently awaiting JHB water to drain the water for them to proceed with repairs. Water to be drained by 1pm as per JHB water, repairs to start after.

Please note that we have followed up with the upstream provider and they are unable to confirm when the water will be drained and when they will start repairs. They confirmed that they will notify us as soon as their technicians start the repairs

Please note that the outage is due to civils work by third party (JHB Water). Techs are onsite assessing the damage and will begin with repairs soon. No ETR
