Impact: Customers may experience high local latency
Cool Ideas and Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel has confirmed the backhaul is built for redundancy, and not for optimal RTT. Performance has been checked and no issues were found.
Latency is as expected.
