GAIA confirmed that this outage was resolved on 16/02/2025 @ 12:52. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (16/02/2025 @ 12:15):

GAIA technicians  ETA has been revised once again to 13:00 due to delays.

 

Update (16/02/2025 @ 08:25):

GAIA technicians  will be onsite at 9 am to investigate further.
