Link Layer technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (05/09/2023 @13:0): Link Layer technicians has investigated the issue affecting the above areas and found a third-party contractor has pulled the fibre and manholes out of the ground.
They are currently preparing to repair the damages, ETR is 9 hours.
