Metro Fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
Update (19/02/2024 @12:45):
Metro Fibre have confirmed that the outage was caused by a veld fire, which has resulted in damage to three of our major cables, along with several residential properties.
They have deployed an adequate number of teams to the area to expedite the repair process. There is still no ETR.
