Cool Ideas - Cudy Gigabit Mesh WiFi System Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to residents of South Africa only.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Cool Ideas, their immediate family members, and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter:

   • Participants must LIKE the competition post on Cool Ideas' social media platform of their choice.
   • COMMENT on the post with their favorite internet of things device.
   • SHARE the post publicly.
   • Only entries that fulfill all three steps will be considered.

3. Competition Period:

   • The competition runs from the date of posting until 23:59 on 28 February 2025.
   • Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement:

   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place at the end of February 2025, and the winner will be announced on Cool Ideas’ official social media pages.
   • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize Details:

   • The prize is one (1) Cudy Gigabit Mesh WiFi System.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. General:

   • Cool Ideas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
   • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform.
   • By entering, participants agree to these terms and grant Cool Ideas permission to use their name and entry for promotional purposes.
