Cool Ideas Social Media Competition – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Cool Ideas Service Provider, a registered Internet Service Provider in South Africa.

Eligibility
The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older.

Entrants must reside in an area where fibre infrastructure is already installed and operational.

Employees of Cool Ideas, their immediate families, and any third parties directly involved in the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Complete the entry form via the official link provided.

Follow Cool Ideas on the relevant social media platform (Facebook or Instagram).

On Facebook: Comment on the official competition post by tagging @highlight (ensure the tag is clickable and appears in blue).

On Instagram: Share the official competition post to your Instagram Story and tag @CoolIdeasZA.

Only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Competition Period
Start Date: 14 April 2025

End Date: 30 June 2025

Winner Announcement: 5 July 2025 (via Cool Ideas' official social media platforms)

Prize
One (1) winner will receive 12 months of free standard home fibre internet from Cool Ideas.

The prize includes standard home fibre connectivity and excludes any additional costs such as hardware or installation beyond what is typically included in a new Cool Ideas connection.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

The prize will only be awarded if the winner’s address is within a Cool Ideas-supported fibre network area.

Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

Cool Ideas will contact the winner via social media direct message and/or email within 5 working days of the competition closing.

If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, Cool Ideas reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

General
Cool Ideas reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

Cool Ideas reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, misconduct, or a breach of these terms and conditions.

By entering, participants agree that Cool Ideas may use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, including public winner announcements on social media.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Cool Ideas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice due to circumstances beyond its control.

Data Privacy
By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information by Cool Ideas for the purposes of managing this competition and for future marketing communication, including being added to the Cool Ideas email marketing list, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the company’s Privacy Policy (if applicable).

Cool Ideas 25Mbps Fibre Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   • This promotional offer is valid from 20 February 2025 to 31 March 2025.
   • All sign-ups must be completed within this period to qualify for the discounted rate.
2. Eligibility
   • The promotion is available exclusively to residents of the following estates:
     • Waterfall Crest
     • Die Hoewes Towers
     • Eco Park East
   • Only new sign-ups are eligible. Existing Cool Ideas customers in these estates do not qualify for the promotional rate.
3. Promotion Details
   • Customers who sign up during the promotional period will receive a 25Mbps Fibre package at a discounted rate of R349 per month until 28 February 2026.
   • Free activation is included for all successful sign-ups during the promotional period.
   • After the 12-month promotional period, the pricing will revert to the standard market price for the 25Mbps package at that time.
4. Service Agreement
   • This promotion does not require a fixed-term contract, but standard Cool Ideas service terms apply.
   • Customers are responsible for any additional fees or upgrades beyond the promotional package.
5. Cancellation & Changes
   • Customers may cancel the service at any time, subject to Cool Ideas’ standard cancellation policies.
   • If a customer upgrades or changes their package during the 12-month promotional period, the promotional price will no longer apply.
6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
   • This package is subject to Cool Ideas’ Fair Usage Policy to ensure optimal service for all users.
7. General Conditions
   • Cool Ideas reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotion at any time, with prior notice to customers.
   • All services are subject to MetroFibre network availability and successful installation.
   • Standard Cool Ideas terms of service and acceptable use policies apply.

1. Eligibility:

2. How to Enter:

   • Participants must LIKE the competition post on Cool Ideas' social media platform of their choice.
   • COMMENT on the post with their favorite internet of things device.
   • SHARE the post publicly.
   • Only entries that fulfill all three steps will be considered.

3. Competition Period:

   • The competition runs from the date of posting until 23:59 on 28 February 2025.
   • Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement:

   • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The draw will take place at the end of February 2025, and the winner will be announced on Cool Ideas’ official social media pages.
   • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize Details:

   • The prize is one (1) Cudy Gigabit Mesh WiFi System.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. General:

   • Cool Ideas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
