Cool Ideas Free Internet for a Year Promotion - Ts & Cs

Promotion Period:
Valid for new sign-ups and upgrades ordered between 1-30 November 2024.

Eligibility:
Open to new and existing Cool Ideas customers upgrading services within the promotion period.

Promotion Details:
Eligible participants are automatically entered into a draw to win free internet for 12 months, covering the standard monthly subscription cost for the activated package at the time of the draw (excludes add-ons and upgrades).

Draw & Winner Selection:
The draw will be conducted after the promotion ends, with the winner notified by 15 December 2024.

Prize Conditions:
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If service is canceled during the 12-month period, remaining free months are forfeited.

Limitations:
One entry per household. Downgrades or cancellations during the promotion period disqualify customers from the draw.

General Terms:

2. Eligibility:
   • This offer is available for:
     • New Orders: Customers signing up for Cool Ideas services on Vuma.
     • Migrations: Existing Vuma customers switching to Cool Ideas packages.
     • Reconnections: Already have Vuma line installed and reconnection of services.
3. Special Pricing Period:
   • Promotional pricing applies for the first 12 months of service from the activation date.
   • From 1 November 2025, standard pricing for the selected package will resume.
4. Package Selection:
   • Only eligible Vuma packages qualify for Black Friday pricing. Please check availability for your area.
5. General Terms:
   • All sign-ups and migrations are subject to Cool Ideas' standard terms and conditions, as well as Vuma network availability.
   • Clients must remain on the selected package for the duration of the promotional period. Early downgrades may forfeit the promotional pricing.
6. Payment Terms:
   • Monthly service fees during the promotional period must be paid in full and on time to retain the discounted rate.
7. Activation:
   • Service activation is dependent on Vuma’s network installation timelines. Cool Ideas cannot guarantee immediate service delivery.
8. Cancellation:
   • Standard cancellation policies apply. If services are terminated during the promotional period, the client may be liable for charges.
9. Stock Availability:
   • This promotion is subject to availability of Vumatel network.
10. Amendments:

• Cool Ideas reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

4. Service Activation:
   • The activation date is subject to DNAtel network installation timelines. Cool Ideas is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.
5. Plan Selection:
   • Clients must select a qualifying DNAtel package at the time of sign-up.
6. Post-Promotion Charges:
   • Standard monthly service fees will apply from 1 March 2025 onwards, based on the package selected.
7. Cancellation:
   • If the service is canceled during the free internet period, clients may be liable for any associated installation fees.
8. Installation Fees:
   • Installation fees, if applicable, are not waived as part of this promotion unless explicitly stated.
9. General Terms:
   • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
   • Cool Ideas’ standard terms and conditions, as well as DNAtel’s network policies, apply.
10. Amendments:
