Please note that as per communications sent on the 16th of February, the Openserve speed upgrades will be applied to customers in a phased approach.
Openserve has not provided an exact date for when all upgrades will be completed however we expect that all services should be upgraded by the end of March at the latest.
As we get further information on the upgrades, we will be sure to update customers here.
Please contact our support if your line has not been upgraded after the 31st of March.
