Please note that performance on TCP based connections to certain international servers may be degraded at this time. Due to the technical nature of the issue it is difficult to know exactly which sites or services may be affected however if a site was working at good speeds before and has recently started having performance issues, it is most likely related.
Technicians are working on the problem and hope to have performance restored soon.
