Reflex conducted further troubleshooting in a war room meeting. The issue is unfortunately still under investigation.
It has been escalated to the OEM and they will provide more feedback once able to.

Reflex has advised that the change was completed but issue was not resolved. Engineers are working on plan to resolve.
They will share details prior to any more changes.
